Terms & Conditions

1. The minimum contract period for providing security cover will be 11 months.

2. The personnel to be deployed by us will be resident of places beyond 50 kms radius ( as applicable). If bank requires then personnel’s can be rotated after a gap of 6 months period.

3. All security guard will be minimum high school, supervisors minimum Intermediate and Security Officer Minimum Graduate having Good Physique and work knowledge of English language.

4. We’ll provide Fire training to the overall staff and maintain proper upkeep of fire control equipments.

5. Either party can terminate this agreement by giving 3 months’ notice period or 3 months payments in lieu thereof.

6. Any changes required in Security system or security personnel will be done after written consent provided you.

7. All security personnel to be deployed will be in sky blue shirt, dark blue trouser and black nylon belt, black P cap with band, company badges,     black DM boots, whistle, notebook & pen.

8. All disputes will be subjected to Lucknow Jurisdiction, decided after mutual discussions between the parties.

9. Adequate supervision will be provided to ensure correct performance of the security services in accordance with the prevailing assignment instruction agreed upon between the two parties.

10. All necessary reports and other information’s will be supplied on a mutually agreed basis and regular meeting will be held with the client.

11. No employee of WWG will be contracted or employed by the client within a period of twelve months of having left the services of WWG. They     may be recruited by the client only after a clean gap or twelve months from the date of their leaving the services of WWG. In breach of this clause the client agrees to pay to WWG twelve months salary for each and every person recruited.

12. The Security Services stipulated in the contract is for the exclusive use of client and cannot be subcontracted or used by third party without prior written con sent of WWG.

13. Payment by the client for the services provided here under shall be a fundamental obligation under the agreement. Any default of payment      including any single default of any installment shall be entitle WWG to suspend or terminate this agreement with immediate effect without giving any advance notice in writing. You will make payment of monthly bills before 7th of each month through a/c payee cheque or Demand draft. The commission of the D.D. will be payable by us.

14. WWG Securities India is responsible for those statutory compliance which principal employer will pay to company.

15. WWG Securities is not responsible for any fidelity which will occur in company premises.

16. Company cannot deduct any amount from our wages bill directly, if any amount is chargeable to WWG then company will issue a separate        letter for deducting those amount by WWG Securities to company.
